2024-25 Trip to the Southeast, Day 136

Day 135, Monday, March 3, 2025, Three Rivers State Park, Sneads, FL, Day 5 - 0 Miles, 3,955 Miles for the Trip

A little bit of color in last night's sunset. I used my iPhone to take a photo:

Last Night's Sunset

38°F this morning, but early sun. It was up to 48°F by the time i took my morning walk. After breakfast I did the usual journal & forum reading and got a text from Anne that I'll be in site 86 for the Algonac Classic Egg Scramble Rally in September. She made the reservations for both of us since I wasn't sure I'd have fast enough internet, and I still am one time zone earlier. They rebuilt the campground and 86 used to be an electric only site; now it is full hookup. We were hoping to get sites along the road & river in order to watch the boats go by, but the first two rows were already taken.

I tried sitting outside, but is was cool at 60°F and a breeze. It was OK when the sun was shining, but clouds moved in and so did I. I'm still reading Jo Nesbo's Blood Ties. Not one of his Detective Harry Hole novels which, evidently is coming to Netflix next year. While I have enjoyed the Harry Hole character and was hoping for a new one, I am still enjoying this novel.

I found my first weighing of an Escape 23 and added it to the "Trailer Weights in the Real World" spreadsheet I maintain.

Dinner was a Scott & Jon's Shrimp Alfredo Bowl.

Until Next Time -
