2024-25 Trip to the Southeast, Day 155

Day 155, Sunday, March 23, 2025, Fort Yargo State Park, Winder, GA, Day 7 - 0 Miles, 4,274.6 Miles for the Trip

44°F at 8:00 this morning. Lots of folks packed up and left, although quite a few arrived throughout the day. The high was 77°F at 4:00.

Around 11:00 I headed to Tractor Supply for propane. I always feel a bit guilty getting my 1 gallon tank filled - just as much work as filling a 5 gallon tank, but buying less propane. In any case I now have a filled tank for my stove & grill.

Back at the trailer I spent most of the day sitting outside reading. I have a new neighbor with a homebuilt trailer:

Home Built Trailer

That was about it for the day other than my usual afternoon phone calls. The Guido's are calling off the trip to Scamp at Backus, MN. A friend that lives in Massachusetts that will be attending the Spring Fling Rally in New Hampshire has done quite a bit of fiberglass work, has the stuff to fix the trailer, and is a lot closer. They also discovered that it is really too late to make reservations for two adjoining sites, plus more than one of the ones we looked at want at least 2 day stays. So, we will head to MA after the Rally.

Dinner was a Saffron Road Chicken Tikka Masala bowl.

Until Next Time -
