A Truly Motorized Grill! |
A nice quiet day at the fairgrounds. 10:00 - 3:00 was Trailer Open House for those willing to show off their trailers. Of course I did, and had many visitors checking out my Escape 21, as well as Anne & Guido's Scamp 16. I took a break from showing the trailer to make a round of some of the others, and around 3:00 went to the Solar workshop. A well put together presentation by Azimuth Solar Products, Inc. I had originally volunteered to do a solar workshop, but when the folks from Azimuth came along, Ian talked me into doing a photo workshop instead. Glad he did - I learned some interesting stuff from their workshop. A few more photos at today's LakeshoreImages page, or many more at the Saturday update for the Boler 50th Anniversary Rally.
I hope the shower trucks will be open tomorrow, otherwise it is heading into the Escape shower since I didn't get back from dinner in time for the 7:00PM closing. Ian said the space in the park is reserved until Tuesday morning, so we plan to leave either Monday or Tuesday, but the closing ceremony is tonight so who knows what will still be around tomorrow.
After that we sat around the trailer until dinner time. Too hot again to cook (92°F), at least when there are food trucks parked a short walk away. I had a chicken wrap & a hand squeezed lemonade.
Until Tomorrow -
