| Watching the Super Bowl |
A very warm night - it never got below 60°F. Just after dark I wandered down to the SuperBowl gathering for a couple of photos, but didn't stay for the game.
This morning, after a long walk to the base of Dome Rock, I made pancakes & sausage for brunch, then sat outside & finished my book, and, of course, started another one.
Today is the first official day of the 10th Annual Quartzsite Gathering, at least the starting day for the "early" arrivals. Of course, there were already a number of early early arrivals, but today is the first day of registration. A bunch of us took turns handing out buttons & signing people in. After a large, late brunch, dinner will be simple - cheese & crackers.
