Rocks From Yesterday |
Another do nothing day. Lots of reading, and a bit of time on some of my favorite RV & photography forums. I did take a break from doing nothing and walked around the campground. Like last weekend (and most of the week) the campground is full. While a few people left, the sites were immediately filled, and many RVs drove through looking for an empty.
I did finish Lawrence Sander's The Tomorrow File. Written in 1975, it provided a pretty gruesome view of what public service would be like in the 21st century. Unfortunately, some of his ideas are far too real. It is interesting to see what predictions are way off base - still using tape recorders, computers are still room size devices, etc. Goes to show how fast electronics advanced in the last 40 years...
No photographs today so I used one from yesterday.
Dinner will be a chicken pot pie, making room to move the last bean & sausage meal from the refrigerator to the freezer. I now have 3 meals ready to thaw.
Until tomorrow -
