After breakfast and a long read of the Sunday Syracuse Post Standard, I spent some time catching up on some of my favorite blogs, then started dinner. Yes, dinner. I made a Crock Pot stew, and started out browning the meat at 12:00. It wasn't bad - I'm still getting used to how long it takes to make something in the crock pot. I usually overestimate the time. The stew was done at 4:30, so an early dinner.
That was pretty much the day. My neighbors had to move out since the site is reserved by someone else tonight. They didn't go too far, just to the other end of the campground. I'm not sure why, but the campground is almost full. During my evening walk I counted 5 empty sites. Unusual for a Sunday night, but the rangers did say that the park generally fills up after Christmas.
No pictures today so I used one from yesterday.
