Sunset & the Moon |
It hit the predicted 33°F last night, but again, the cloudless morning quickly warmed up. While the high for the day was only 60°F, with the light wind, it was comfortable (although the morning walk wasn't!)
As usual for the rally, I wandered around taking a bunch of photos that are posted on the rally page (2019 Dome Rock Fiberglass Rally.)
After 3:00, I headed to Parker to get blueberries for making my pies for the dessert pot luck. They had Wyman's Wild Blueberries, my favorite (other than those growing in my garden, which are covered with a couple of feet of snow right now).
Dinner was a turkey Bubba Burger & asparagus, which I cooked using a LED headlamp (well, I actually used the Coleman stove to do the cooking, & the headlamp to see what I was doing) since by the time I got back from Parker it was dark. At least I got an interesting photo of the moon & the sky after sunset.
Until Tomorrow -
33 deg.? Makes for a cold night.
