Thursday, September 27, 2018 - Pleasant Harbor, Peoria, AZ, Day 2, 0 Miles, 4,637.5 Miles for the Trip
Well, it cooled off - only 105°F today (well, that's cooler than yesterday's 106°F). Today was a relax in the trailer day. While Don & Anne went to visit with Don's brother & family, I caught up on some internet reading as well as my current book - Wilber Smith's Desert God.
I'm amazed that the refrigerator is doing as well as it is. I've complained that it runs a bit warmer than I'd like at around 38°F - 39°F even with the controller set at full on 5, but even in this heat it is staying at 39°F. I am running the Texas Fan, which blows across the outside fins on the cooling system as Escape recommends at temperatures over 100°F. I sat outside for a bit (in the shade of the trailer) and I have to say that it is uncomfortably hot!
Since Don & Anne ate at Don's brothers, I had my last batch of frozen stew.
Until Tomorrow -
