Monday, December 25, 2023 - La Paz County Park, Parker, AZ, Day 25 - 0 Miles, 3,402.3 Miles for the trip
Merry Christmas!
Even cooler last night at 41°F, but is still reached 67°F this afternoon.
I Facetimed my daughter & family to watch them open Christmas presents (and for them to watch me open mine). All but Karin are down with the flu, and I think she is faking it to take care of the rest of them. Lots of other phone calls - everyone else is doing well and enjoying Christmas. Among the presents from Karin & her family, I received what have become traditional puzzles - Hanayama puzzles, usually one easy one and one that takes days. The easy one (a #3) was done in about 30 minutes, but I'm still working on the hard one (a #5).
After my walk & breakfast I spent the day reading. During my walk I finished listening to Charles Todd's The Murder Stone, and started Whispers Underground, an audio book by Ben Aaronovitch.
Other than that, not much going on. I played around with Google's Chrome browser, which is the one recommended by the IT folks at SUNY Oswego. I don't like it as much as Safari, but that may be just I've used Safari for so long. In any case, I'll give it a try.
Dinner was an air roasted Cornish Rock Hen, new potatoes, and broccoli & cauliflower. To make it a Christmas dinner I used a real plate rather than the usual paper plates!
Until Tomorrow -
