Shelf Fall Out Preventers |
I made a trip to Lowes for a length of corner protector (the stuff you put on a sheet rock corner to keep it from being damaged). It was used for a project I've been wanting to do all winter. The Escape 21 has a medicine cabinet in the bathroom located directly above the toilet. If you open the door after driving, what ever is inside is likely to fall out, and, if the toilet lid is open, directly into the toilet. After turning a couple of toothbrushes into tire scrubbers, I decided to find a solution. I pop riveted a length of clear plastic corner protector to each shelf. Unless the stuff can hop over 1", it if going to stay, rough road or not.
I also paid my AAA bill & discovered that although the representative I talked with in 2011 to add my trailer to the coverage told me the "Plus" membership level covered the trailer, it is actually an option only available at the "Plus" or higher level. So, I've been assuming the trailer was covered for a tow for the last 9 years when it wasn't. An additional $35.00 adds the coverage.
Not much else happening. I tried sitting outside in the sun for a bit, but the wind chased me back inside.
Dinner was Barber Chicken & Broccoli & snap peas.
Until Tomorrow -
Just curious why you stick with AAA?...I've had Good Sam for going on 18yrs..The best item they offer is unlimited towing mileage...As I recall "A" is 25 miles which is worthless unless living in a major city..
ReplyDeleteI've had to use them 4-5 times over the years and they showed up on time and no hassle whatever, even if in my own yard or 200 miles northeast of Boise in the sticks at Bonneville Hot Springs..Idaho...
Ride safe, have fun!

I've heard enough horror stories about ALL of the different auto "protection" plans that I really don't think there is much difference between them. The version of AAA I have does 100 miles for both the truck & trailer, provides maps, and has offices in most major cities, so I stick with AAA.
